Racecourse Industrial Park

Racecourse Industrial Park has a prominent position on Mansfield Road and takes its name from The Derby Racecourse, the former racecourse which featured a straight mile and opened in 1848 on nearby land.

The site has been home to the Ivygrove Group headquarters and its divisions since 1984 and was redeveloped by Ivygrove Developments in 2008. The park is also serves as the operational base for B E Webbe, the self-storage and removals specialist and sister company to the Ivygrove Group.

Located on the eastern side of Mansfield Road in a well-established mixed-use area, the park is approximately one mile north of Derby city centre. The location benefits from excellent transport connections, with convenient access to the A61, A52 and the M1 motorway network.

Racecourse Industrial Park comprises modern industrial and warehouse units with integrated office space. The units offer excellent car parking and delivery and loading areas.
