Sawley Park

Sawley Park, located off Nottingham Road in Derby, has been transformed into a modern industrial park through the regeneration of a historic Derby site.

The site, which dates back to the 19th century, was acquired from Rolls-Royce in 2009 and has since been redeveloped to provide high-quality business accommodation. Sawley Park comprises 26 units ranging in size from approximately 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft.

Each unit benefits from adequate on site parking, and the park is situated within 500 metres of Pentagon Island, offering convenient access to Derby city centre and the wider national road network.
